If you wish to forward your domain to another website IP or CNAME you will need a forwarding package. This will also allow you to forward your email either wild card or specific emails for your domain,
You can also under Advanced
Add TXT/SPF block and Add subdomain TXT/SPF block
You can apply for forward her: To request forwarding services You may requst that we imput the forwarding detail under Additional instructions or do this yourself.
Once completed you will find a forwarding link under services in your domain control panel.
Once you click this the first time you may need to allow it to revert to Ns1.reg.ca servers.
When this completes go back and you will be able to make the updates you need or ask us for help!

SQUARESPACE

Most likely you need to change the DNS in your Reg.ca control panel to something like:

connect1.squarespacedns.com
connect2.squarespacedns.com

Or they may provide you with Cnames and A records to change.

You may provide this information to us and we will enter it for you or if you want to do it yourself:

You can do this by clicking on the forwarding link in your control panel.

You will need it to first Click here to restore DNS

Then go back to forwarding and under domain forwarding click CNAME for forward type

Add the first CNAME
In the first line of your Squarespace DNS Settings, a unique code appears directly below the Host column. The unique code is a random string of numbers and letters that must point to verify.squarespace.com.
Copy and paste the unique code in the blank box next to forward to CNAME  verify.squarespace.com

From the Type drop-down menu, select CNAME.
In the Name field, copy and paste the unique code that appears directly below the Host column in your DNS Settings panel. The unique code is a random string of numbers and letters.
In the Value field, enter verify.squarespace.com

Copy and paste the unique code under Host on the first line.

Add second CNAME Click add subdomain and choose CNAME again

Add the A records
Click add subdomain forword and choose A records repeat filling in as below
In the last four lines of your Squarespace DNS Settings, you'll see four IP addresses in the Required Data column.

GOOGLE Hosting

Under domain fowarding type forward to ghs.hosted.com and forward type CNAME.
You can also add subdomain foward under www then CNAMe to ghs.googlehosted.com
Under advanced choose text and put in the google verification code google supplied you.. something like google-site-verification=3wPgrx1pFCdmMLb-nsexLdwsNJlHh_MJudyMDSoWUbY

WIX

To add the domain:

You must have a Premium plan in order to connect a domain.

To add the domain:
Go to Domains in your Wix account.
Click Add an Existing Domain.
Click Connect a domain you already own.
Select the site you want to connect your domain to and click Next.
Enter your domain name and click Let's Go.
Click I own this domain.
Review the information on screen and click Start.
Find Wix name servers provided on the Wix domains page.

Login to your RegCA control panel

Click DNS and update your Domain Name Servers (DNS) to those supplied by Wix.

These are most likely ns14.wixdns.net and ns12.wixdns.net.

You can also use the forwarding link in your control panel to point your domain.

In your Wix dash board the information to update will be something like CNAME gcdn0.wixdns.net A record 23.236.62.147
Under domain fowarding type forward to 23.236.62.147 and choose forward type IP or A reocrd.
Then forward subdomain www to gcdn0.wixdns.met or whatever they supply and forward type CNAME.
